This reverts commit 7d804d9f.
 - gradle without 'clean' seems to break jena RDF libraries

Split catalogue in one file per record. Post concurrently x 4 to
services /publication.

Inpired by https://github.com/gchudnov/docker-tools/blob/master/signals/background/program.sh

use docker-engine instead of lxc-docker, default install in get.docker.com
