DEB-1402 keycloak: Fixed phone validation + invalid phone is not removed

 - Some additional code cleanup.

DEB-1402 keycloak: Reuse + fixed id-porten reg form

- All templates under theme/Deichman/login/reg were exposed in reg-input.ftl, and shared between id-porten first login form and local child/user reg
- Reg Templates were turned into macros, already existing macros were modified to make reusability possible
- Updated backing components for registration forms as needed
- Fixed an issue with id-porten - reg form, nl consent selection was not preserved on page reload
- Removed summary of errors above registration form - only global errors are displayed there
- more consistent handling of required labels, css cleanup
- other minor fixes that came around
