DEICH-6445 Enabled client credential flow for deichman-euler + set up service account

-Added CICERO client role -Service account got CICERO role assigned -Had to add deichman-euler-access-scope to have audience mapping -Added client role to realm access role mapping (just like in case of all other clients)
