DEB-1334 Fixed

Tom Adam requested to merge DEB-1334-treghet-ved-innlogging into master

-the code causing problem was a remnant from a previously thought solution, the SYNC_IN_PROGRESS flag is actually not needed -also fixed small batch sizes, when elapsed time can be 0, the speed calculation failed previously. -removed 15_000msec http client timeout (takes 0.5s to do the login now instead of 7-8 sec)
