DEICH-6129 - Fix for empty covers without header text

Apparently the dimensions for .work-card-image__placeholder>img are set as %. In case of anbefalinger, the parents had no width/height set previously, so the resulting placeholder image size was 0x0. This fix sets width on one .work-image--no-image, thus giving valid size to the no image placeholder.

Also fixed flex layout to align content to bottom in inspiration-card__body.

Re-added recommendation statement (blikkfang) to the bottom - however, not as a separate component, but part of InspirationCard.
