DEICH-6183 store targetAudience on libraryEvent nodes

Tom Adam requested to merge DEICH-6183-hva-som-skjer-maalgruppe-filter into master

TargetAudience was added to abstractLibraryEvent as a solution since auto fetch on Service resulted in ElasticSearch indexing timeout. The reason was that the auto expansion solution in Euler led to around 10x data size increase for the library_event index in elasticsearch.
