Re-added option to delete arrangements that have not happened yet.
Re-added delete option for AudioVideo
- also added flag to fetch all entities (includeExpired=true)
- implemented automatic assigned service delete as audioVideo entity gets deleted
Added includeExpired query param to Sibyl and TK audioVideo search
- This makes it possible to fetch expired audio-video search results for Fuge, and to exclude them for Deichman.no.
Fixed initial value for expiryDate not showing.
