Added Language enum for all supported languages Changed mapping structure as agreed upon. 090 $c for DFB is mapped to LOCATION_LANGUAGE and LOCATION_CLASS_NUMBER 852 80$h is mapped to LOCATION_LANGUAGE 852 10$h is mapped to LOCATION_CLASS_NUMBER Source is provided by the converter service, since field 015 is not provided anymore. Mapping of 015 is cleaned up.
