Summary of changes:
- Upgrade ES docker image. Note that you might need to modify host settings to make it start, specifically set: vm.max_map_count = 262144 in /etc/sysctl.conf
- services: rewrite integration tests to use an external ES server, as running ES embedded is no longer supported.

- patron-client/catalinker: update queries to new format
